Chirbury on Montgomery Road, greenery hugging the narrow lane. Minsterley’s A488, I nip past that car like a proper paddy. B4499 in Minsterley, that oncoming car is giving me space.

First stop Abermule on the Pool Road, watching people drift past the green trees. A470 through Caersws sees the green scenery and the car waiting far ahead. Back on the Pool Road for Newtown and Llanllwchaiarn, we pass the white car.

The Honda Hornet CB1000SP purrs as I roll into Llangurig on the A44. My trusty phone and GPS keep me straight through the greenery at Llangurig. The deepest lean happens right here in Blaenrheidol, carving through the hills. There is another motorcyclist ahead of me on the A44 near Blaenrheidol.

Overtaking the multi-story buildings on Heol-y-Bont, pushing through the deepest lean of the ride. Back to the A44 at Ponterwyd for a break, BP pump in sight and a cold drink in hand.

Ceredigion on the Honda Hornet CB1000SP and the sun is doing its best to blind me right here in Llanilar. The bike feels offroad vibes even when we are strictly on the tarmac, thank you very much. Llanrhystud is quiet with its stone walls and houses, which is a nice change of pace.

Folks gather round the Honda Hornet CB1000SP on the A487, and the chats start in Aberaeron. We grab a selfie before I kick off the ride through Plwmp. We drop down into Ffos-y-ffin, watching the rooftops scroll by.

Right then, out past the tanker on the A487 at Tresaith, keeping a respectful gap. Gliding down the Fishguard Road in Aberteifi, just me and the green trees under that clear blue sky. Hitting that junction back in Tresaith, where the houses and fences line the road. Chasing the distant car through the scenery, with the GPS tracking my every move.

Stopped at the junction in Newport on West Street, waiting by that stone building. Hitting the A487 towards St Davids, feeling the weight of this Honda Hornet CB1000SP. That dark gray van decides to play passenger alongside me on the A487. Rolling through the green hedges at Dinas Cross on the same old road.

Blue skies and hedgerows on the B4331 through St Davids. Stone walls and bollards on the A487 junction, deep lean at Croes-goch. Llanrhian grassy banks, car ahead, taking a breath.

Henry's Moat is narrow enough for a whisper and wide enough for the Hornet. Wolf's Castle has gone offroad with tall grass ticking the handlebars. Back on the pavement at Wolf's Castle with shrubs waving us along.

Checking the GPS at Eglwyswrw before heading out. Loving these tree-lined stretches near Puncheston. Slipping past houses with my red gloves on.

Llanrhystud starts with us wading through dense green foliage and tall grasses. We pass a wooden fence and a building with windows on the B4337. Llanon greets us with a white building, utility poles, and a stone object. The A487 keeps the green foliage and trees rolling by.
